Terms of Service
Last updated August 13, 2026
These terms govern your IMEG Business Lounge membership at Quad Cities International Airport (MLI), operated by the Metropolitan Airport Authority of Rock Island County ("MAA," "we," "us"). By joining, you agree to them.
Membership
IMEG Business Lounge membership is $50 per year and open to any traveler — no airline club affiliation is required. Once paid, a membership is valid for one year from the date of payment.
Payment and renewal
Membership fees are billed securely through Stripe. Memberships set up through this site renew automatically each year unless canceled beforehand. Future annual rates may increase, subject to MAA Board approval and a public hearing.
Access cards and credentials
Physical access cards and mobile credentials issued for the Lounge remain the property of MAA. If your card is lost or stolen, contact the MAA Badging Office or front desk right away so it can be deactivated. If you choose not to renew, please return your access card to the MAA offices in the West End of the public terminal, or by mail to 2200 69th Ave Suite 100, Moline, IL 61265.
Conduct
Membership and any issued credential are for the named member's personal use only and may not be shared or transferred. MAA may suspend or revoke Lounge access for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
Availability
Lounge hours, amenities, and location are subject to change without notice. MAA does not guarantee availability of any specific amenity at all times.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting the front desk or through the billing portal linked from your account. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, except as required by law or at MAA's discretion.
Limitation of liability
The Lounge and its amenities are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Lounge, and is not responsible for personal property left unattended in the space.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes will be resolved in Rock Island County, Illinois.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of your membership after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
