IMEG Business Lounge · Quad Cities International Airport
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 13, 2026
This policy explains what information the Metropolitan Airport Authority of Rock Island County ("MAA," "we," "us") collects through the IMEG Business Lounge membership platform, and how it's used.
Who we are
The IMEG Business Lounge is operated by MAA at Quad Cities International Airport (MLI), 2200 69th Ave Suite 100, Moline, IL 61265.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide when you join: name, email address, and phone number (optional).
- Membership and billing information: payment is processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage your membership.
- Access credential information: your physical badge number or mobile credential identifier, used to grant and manage entry to the Lounge through our access-control system, Genetec.
- Account activity: sign-in timestamps, IP address, and a record of administrative changes made to your account, kept for security and audit purposes.
How we use it
- To create and manage your membership and issue access credentials.
- To process payments and renewals through Stripe.
- To send service emails: sign-up confirmation, receipts, renewal reminders, and notices about your account status.
- To maintain the security of the Lounge and an audit trail of account changes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information through this service. We share information only with the service providers that operate parts of this platform on our behalf, and only as needed to provide it — we do not share it with any other third party except where required by law or necessary to protect the security of the Lounge and its members.
Data retention
All information collected through this service is retained internally for audit records and accounting. We keep membership and credential records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to support renewals, security investigations, and MAA's recordkeeping obligations as a public authority.
Your choices
Contact the MAA Badging Office or front desk to review, correct, or request deletion of your information, or to cancel your membership at any time.
Cookies
This site uses only the minimum cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
